Cancellation and Refund Policy

While every effort is made to ensure secure packaging, the artist is not liable for damages sustained during transit. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and contacting the carrier directly for any claims related to shipping damage.Returned Shipments
In the event a package is returned to the studio (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), the client has 30 days from the return date to arrange for re-shipment. If no communication is received within this 30-day window, the order will be closed without a refund or further obligation from the artist. After this period, the order is considered forfeited or cancelled at the client’s discretion.
