Let me introduce you

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed. Even ready and original artworks need preparation, packaging, a certificate of authenticity if required...  The Art of Salem do not maintain a ready-to-ship inventory. Kindly consider this preparation timeline when completing your purchase at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy All orders are considered final and non-refundable once processed. Exceptions are made only in instances where an order is cancelled by mutual written agreement between the client and the artist.

Shipping Liability While every effort is made to ensure secure packaging, the artist is not liable for damages sustained during transit. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and contacting the carrier directly for any claims related to shipping damage.  Returned Shipments In the event a package is returned to the studio (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), the client has 30 days from the return date to arrange for re-shipment. If no communication is received within this 30-day window, the order will be closed without a refund or further obligation from the artist. After this period, the order is considered forfeited or cancelled at the client’s discretion.
