Oceans of time
Payments for orders are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by either the client or the artist, as agreed upon by both parties. The artist is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Clients have a 30-day period to follow up on any returned orders. If no communication is received from the client within this timeframe, the order will be considered delivered or cancelled at the client’s discretion, and no returns or refunds will be issued. In such cases, the artist is not obligated to provide a return or refund.
