Cancellation and Refund Policy
All orders are considered final and non-refundable once processed. Exceptions are made only in instances where an order is cancelled by mutual written agreement between the client and the artist.

Returned Shipments
In the event a package is returned to the studio (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to collect), the client has 30 days from the return date to arrange for re-shipment. If no communication is received within this 30-day window, the order will be closed without a refund or further obligation from the artist. After this period, the order is considered forfeited or cancelled at the client’s discretion.
